Buyers Home Condition Survey and Report

The Buyers Home Condition Report is a new type of inexpensive survey carried out by a local independent fully qualified and certified residential property surveyor.

The 3-4 hour survey investigates structural movement, dampness, wood rot and woodworm, building condition, subsidence, services, environmental and health & safety issues, plus other important details of the property's condition.

Turnaround

A copy of the report is supplied to the buyer within five working days from inspection.

Areas Covered

The survey and report with photographs, gives a good indication of the overall state of the house and its level of repair and maintenance. The surveyor reports on all visible parts of the property, and on any issues to be discussed with your solicitor, such as potential flooding problems, boundaries, parking spaces and rights of way.
